  •  Hardness measurement with an extremely low load of 98μN is possible. This has realized measuring the very surface of the specimen. With the electromagnetic force driving method, hardness can be measured within a very wide range of 98μN - 980mN.
  • Adopting an electrostatic capacity displacement gauge, highly accurate measurement of the displacement of the indentation is possible with the guaranteed resolution of 0.3nm. Displacement measurement up to 20μm is possible.
  • Equipped with a CCD camera for specimen observation, easy positioning is performed guided by the observation on the PC screen. The measurement data and observation image can be saved in a hard disk.
  • The stage system is equipped with an ultra-high precision stage driven by a stepping motor, and the full-automatic measurement of multiple points is possible.
  • Various types of vibration-free platforms are optionally available.
